Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Jackie Bent better known as Jackie B. has finally cleared the air over the status of her relationship with fellow housemate, Michael.
The duo popularly referred to as ‘Michael Jackson’ by their die hard fans were alleged to be in a romantic relationship outside the house.
They were often photographed together in outings, whispering in each other’s ears or making videos together. Their fans also enforced the ‘ship’ by sending money cakes and other gift items to them.
However, Jackie has now confirmed that she and the 29-year-old singer are just friends.
She made this known via her Twitter page shortly after the reunion show,
“Lol chill my loves, Michael and I never dated and aren’t after a relationship. It was my decision that we remained friends. We’ve never felt the need to explain ourselves to anyone. There’s nothing to be embarrassed by. It’s still not that deep.” she wrote in response to a concerned fan.
Jackie and Michael’s attempted love story begun few days after he was introduced as one of the new housemates mid show.
Although the duo never made their relationship official, their lovers’ fights always made headlines on Saturday nights.
