Wizkid Finally Receives His Grammy Statuette

Award winning Nigerian singer and songwriter, Wizkid, a.k.a Big Wiz, has finally received his Grammy statuette for winning the Best Music Video category alongside Beyonce, and SAINt JHN.

Wiz posted the shinny plaque on his Instagram story on Wednesday, Jun 23.

Brown skin girl is off Beyoncé’s 2019 album, The Lion King: The Gift which featured other Nigerian artists such as Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage and Niniola.

The album provided most of the score for the Walt Disney animated feature film “The Lion King,” which released in July 2019.
