Wizkid’s debut studio album “Superstar” is ten years today and his FC is ecstatic. It was released by his first record label, Empire Mates Entertainment (EME) on June 12, 2011.
The self-acclaimed “Star Boy” rose to stardom after the release of his hit single “Holla at Your Boy” in 2010 which is also off the Superstar album.
Superstar featured collaborations with notable artists like Banky W, Wande Coal, Skales and D’Prince. It was undoubtedly one of the most anticipated Nigerian albums in 2011.
The album also included an array of talented producers such as Samklef, Masterkraft, Shizzi and Jay Sleek.
